Tim isn’t just a computer guy. He’s a highly trained manager whose immersion in computer science allows him to understand user’s needs and the technological advances available to meet those needs. Tim has a comprehensive background in Information Technology that spans more than 18 years. His background encompasses infrastructure design, system administration, system design and selection, capacity planning, strategic planning and problem resolution. This experience enables Tim to understand our organization’s needs and allows him to provide the service level necessary to our Associates, ensuring actions congruent with the business objectives of our organization. He knows that his field is constantly changing and he recognizes the need for everyone on his team to receive the training needed to address current trends and technology advances. Tim understands the “whole picture,” including system design and selection, system capacity planning, implementation, strategic outsourcing, documentation, regulations and security guidelines and effective employee communications. His everyday goal is to provide a stable, secure computing environment for Associates, enabling them to provide the services necessary for positive client interaction. Tim’s ability to manage the information and technology needs of our Associates brings about a coordinated fulfillment of information technology services. It also gives him a great deal of satisfaction to address daily challenges and provide accurate, detailed and viable solutions. If you ask Tim why he likes his job at SilverStone Group, he’ll tell you that he enjoys working with his team and with the Firm’s Associates. But he also values our Firm’s commitment to giving back to the community, providing both financial assistance and opportunities for Associates to give their time and talent to helping others. In this same spirit of community service, Tim helps coach the girls’ trap shooting team at Marian High School. He’s proud that this team has taken the State championship three times.
